Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by CSEdge, a learning and technology services provider offering EdTech training and digital solutions. By accessing or using any of our services, platforms, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of CSEdge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/legal guardian consent, and you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented to you during service usage.

2.2 Software & Digital Services

- GMB (Google My Business) Optimization
- UI/UX Design
- Branding and Graphic Design
- Software Maintenance & Hosting Support
3. Account Creation and Usage
You may be required to create an account for accessing EdTech content or project dashboards. You are responsible for all activities under your account and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Unauthorized use or access sharing will lead to account suspension without refund or prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our platform or content.
- Disrupt server systems or tamper with site functionality.
- Upload or share malicious code, spyware, or unauthorized software.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by or licensed to CSEdge. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Client deliverables for custom software or web solutions may include limited IP licensing, defined in specific project agreements.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
6.1 EdTech Services
- Payment is required in advance for course enrollment.
- No refund is provided for digital goods (recorded sessions or materials).
- Refund for live training may be available within 3 days of the first session if the user hasn’t accessed more than 20% of content.
6.2 Software Services
- Project billing may be milestone-based or upfront.
- Refunds are not entertained after project approval or deployment.
- Delays due to client-side issues (incomplete briefs, feedback gaps) are not covered under service-level guarantees.
7. Service Delivery Timelines
While we strive to deliver all services on schedule:
- EdTech content is delivered based on published schedules.
- Software projects follow agreed-upon timelines in signed proposals/SOWs.
- Delays caused by third parties or force majeure (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.) are not our liability.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client and learner data with strict confidentiality. Any project documentation, business strategies, or training data shared is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.
NDA agreements can be signed separately for enterprise projects or high-sensitivity collaborations.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may integrate third-party services (Zoom, Google APIs, GitHub, payment gateways). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. CSEdge is not responsible for the functionality or data policies of these third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
CSEdge shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Downtime, bugs, or system crashes beyond reasonable control.
- Errors in information or actions taken based on platform data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
11. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate user accounts, subscriptions, or ongoing projects if:
- There is a violation of our Terms or Privacy Policy.
- Payment is overdue or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Platform abuse or spam-like behavior is observed.
Clients may also terminate a project agreement with prior written notice and subject to mutual settlement of dues.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, unless otherwise specified in a project contract.
13. Modifications to Terms
CSEdge reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or platform notifications. Continued usage after updates constitutes acceptance.
