  • To assess BDP, career and partner applications, and to onboard and pay the people we work with.
  • To run, secure and support our portals, including preventing misuse and keeping an audit trail of sensitive actions.

  • To send updates you have asked for. You can stop these at any time.

3. Why we are allowed to

We process personal information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or create an account, and for the legitimate uses the law allows, such as fulfilling a contract with you, complying with a legal obligation, and keeping our systems secure. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9); this does not affect what we did before, and we may still keep what the law requires us to keep.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business under confidentiality and security obligations, for example for hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Amazon Web Services), sign-in (Google Firebase Authentication), email delivery (Zoho Mail) and website analytics (Google Analytics).

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the periods that company, tax and accounting laws require. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you. Records about payments and tax are kept for as long as those laws demand.

7. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit and for sensitive identifiers, role-based access so people only see what their work needs, sign-in protection and activity logging on sensitive records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable safeguards and act quickly if something goes wrong.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site and portals to work (for example to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

9. Your rights and how to use them

You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used, to correct or complete it, to erase it where we no longer need it, and to withdraw your consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
