The website and services are operated by CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. “CSEDGE” and the names of our platforms, including Nexus, Pulse, Foundry and MaaS, are brands and products of CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED.

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or operation;
• use automated tools to copy or scrape it in a way that harms the service;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

Information on the website is general and may change. A quotation, proposal or enquiry reply does not create a contract. We provide services only under a written agreement, order or accepted quotation signed or confirmed by CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED, and that document governs the work, fees and delivery. Prices on quotations are valid only for the period stated on them.

Employee, BDP and partner portals are for people we have invited. If you have an account you must:

• keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think they have been misused;
• use the portal only for the work or programme it is provided for;
• keep client, lead and company information you see in it confidential and not copy or share it outside your work for us;
• give accurate details, and keep your contact, KYC and bank details up to date.

We may suspend or close an account to protect the business, its clients or other users, or when your engagement with us ends.

Business Development Partners are independent partners, not employees, and the relationship is commission-based. Nothing in your application or in these Terms creates employment, agency or a partnership in law. Commission, payment timing, tax and other terms are set out in the BDP agreement or the written terms we give you. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline an application at our discretion.

We pay partners the amounts due under their agreed terms after the client has paid for the project. We may require identity, PAN, Aadhaar and bank verification before paying, and total payments above a limit we set may be released only after verification. We deduct tax at source where the law requires it.

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and software, and the CSEDGE name and logo, belong to CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set by the agreement with that client.

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we do not give any warranty about the information on it beyond what is stated in a written agreement with you.

To the extent the law allows, CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED for losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website or portals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a written agreement between you and CSEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED says otherwise.

We may change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website or portals after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
